Exterior Only
For homes where the inside glass is already fine and the weather-facing side is what needs attention. Exterior glass and screens are handled without needing access throughout the house.
Full Service
For when both sides need attention. Interior glass, exterior glass, and screens handled in the same visit.
What’s included?
Window cleaning should be pretty straightforward. You choose Exterior Only or Full Service, and we take care of the rest.
That includes the glass covered by your service, screens, detailing around the edges and corners, careful work around the property, and a final check before we pack up.
If something was missed, let us know. We’ll come back and take care of it.
Getting a Quote Is Pretty Simple
You don’t need to walk around the house counting every window before you’re allowed to ask what it costs.
For most homes, we can start with roughly how big the house is, how many floors we’re dealing with, and whether you’re thinking Exterior Only or Full Service.

What Happens on the Day?
We show up with the equipment, get oriented around the property, and make sure we know about anything that matters before getting started.
Usually, all we need from you is access to an outdoor water source and any house lore we should know about: the gate that sticks, the dog who takes patio-door security very seriously, the flower bed nobody should step in, or anything else that isn’t obvious from the driveway.
Then we set up, work through the property, check the glass as we go, put things back where they belong, and do a final walk-around before we leave.
And yes, if you picked a drink when you booked, we’ll bring that too.

Common Questions
Do I need to count my windows?
No. For most homes, the size of the house, number of floors, and the service you’re interested in gives us enough to start the quote. If we need anything else, we’ll ask.
Are screens included?
Yes. Screens are included with our window-cleaning service.
What’s the difference between Exterior Only and Full Service?
Exterior Only handles the outside glass and screens. Full Service includes the interior glass as well.
Do you still clean windows if it rains?
Usually, light rain by itself isn’t a problem. What matters is whether the conditions let us work safely and still do a good job. If the weather decides otherwise, we’ll let you know.

Do I need to be home?
For Exterior Only, usually not as long as we have the access we need and any property details ahead of time. Full Service requires access inside the home.
How long does window cleaning take?
That depends on the size and layout of the home, the number and style of windows, access, and whether you’ve booked Exterior Only or Full Service. We’ll give you a better idea once we know what we’re working with.
What about hard-water stains?
Regular window cleaning removes normal dirt and buildup. Heavier mineral staining can require additional restoration work, so send us a photo if you’re not sure what you’re looking at.
